بغداد/ أصوات العراق: قال مستشار البنك المركزي العراقي، الاثنين، ان العراق ملتزم بتحرير الحساب الجاري لميزان مدفوعاته والذي يحرم اي قيود على التحويل الخارجي باستثناء مكافحة غسيل الاموال واموال الجريمة والارهاب، مبينا ان حامل الدينار العراقي صاحب حق بالتصرف به كيف يشاء.

diantre mano yo no entiendo a mi me tienen q hablar mas claro q el agua pq enverdad lo q tengo son 19 anitos y creame q mi nivel de estudio no fue el mejor pero si fui lo suficientemente inteligente pa comprar dinares osea q ya por eso me meresco un poco de credito:xd::confused::wink:

Usando un poco la lógica y especulando....ellos dejaron claro que seguiran las recomendaciones del FMI...que permiten hacer transferencias bancarias ....de sus cuentas a otras fuera de su pais.

Si recordamos esto no se permitía...por las restricciones impuestas en el FMI "detener la salida de $ de Iraq hacia fuera"( debido al lavado de $...y $ utilizado para el terrorismo).

Esto significa que el FMI le permitira a Irak realizar transacciones que antes no le eran permitidas lo cual guarda relacion de que estan liberando a IRAK de un moton de restrciones que tenia con el fin de que al ser Soverano lo sea en su totalidad para que despunte como una nueva potencia economica que impulsara la economia mundial dentro de la Globalizacion,

y ya la ONU se expreso ayer cuando en el inciso 72 del Informe del SG al Consejo de seguridad dijo:

En mi opinion YA estan listos para toda transferencia electronica fuera del pais, sin tener que esperar, cual es el uso que tendria el CBI para hacer tal anuncio el dia de hoy? Porque el preparativo de las pantallas jigantes para orientar al pueblo, porque de la fiesta de celebracion del CBI el dia sabado si todavia no tuvieran el visto bueno de la ONU. NO hace sentido, en mi opinion este comunicado es un anuncio sutil de que la R/V YA esta. Falta el anuncio de a cuanto. Me parece que no habra un anuncio como este, sino que lo veremos en la pagina del CBI, probablemente el fin de semana. Asi que todos atentos.
