aunque hay algunas limitaciones de infraestructura se espera una relacion economica fuerte entre eu, vietnam y otros paises. Los eu ya llevan 15 años de relaciones bilaterales con ese pais. Y eso viene pronto segun la noticia. Incluyo el link.
